Jana Kramer Engaged to Boyfriend Allan Russell
Jana Kramer and her Scottish soccer coach boyfriend Allan Russell have taken their relationship to the next level and are now engaged.
After six-and-a-half months of dating, Kramer shared the exciting news on an episode of her Whine Down podcast. She also revealed some heartwarming details about the proposal.
Russell planned a sweet and intimate proposal close to home, involving Kramer’s two children, 7-year-old daughter Jolie and 4-year-old son Jace.
On a beautiful evening, Russell suggested they go for a walk to the new house they are building. The kids excitedly explored the construction site, going up to see their future rooms. Eventually, the family gathered on the front porch.
As they sat on the steps, admiring the view, Russell called out Kramer’s name and she stood up. That’s when he knelt down on one knee, and Kramer’s daughter, Jolie, instantly realized what was happening and started jumping up and down with excitement.
Overwhelmed with emotions, Kramer admits she “kinda blacked out” during the proposal. They both shed tears of joy, and the significance of the front porch of their new home made the moment even more special. It felt like a fresh start and the right time for this milestone in their relationship.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Kramer expressed her certainty that Russell is her soulmate. She introduced him to fans in January, and he is a former professional soccer player who currently works as a coach for the English Football League’s Norwich City Football Club.
The couple made their red carpet debut at the 2023 iHeartRadio Awards in March, further solidifying their public relationship status.
Kramer’s previous marriage to Mike Caussin, the father of her two children, was finalized in April 2021. They had experienced a previous separation in 2016 due to Caussin’s infidelity but reconciled for a few more years before ultimately parting ways.
As Jana Kramer embraces this new chapter in her life, she looks forward to building a future with Allan Russell, confident that he is the one she wants to share her journey with.
