Blueface Faces Potential Year in Prison, Turns Himself In for Probation Violation Amidst Baby Mama Drama
Rapper Blueface has reportedly surrendered to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department over a probation violation related to ongoing “baby mama drama.” Speculations suggest the “Thotiana” artist could be facing up to a year in prison.
Undated footage circulating on social media has fueled rumours about Blueface’s potential year-long absence from the public eye. The rapper’s mother, Karlissa Saffold, took to her social media platforms to imply that the charges stemmed from conflicts involving Jaidyn Alexis and Chrisean Rock, two of Blueface’s ex-partners.
Saffold expressed concern about her son’s situation, attributing specific charges to each ex-partner. Allegedly, Jaidyn Alexis was involved in an incident where she “threw a glass at security,” while Chrisean Rock reportedly “hit a fan.” Saffold lamented their failure to cooperate with authorities, suggesting it led to her son’s incarceration.
Regardless of the specifics, Blueface was on probation following a 2022 shooting incident at the Euphoria Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas. The shooting led to the club owner filing a $13 million lawsuit, alleging lost revenue and damages.
Initially facing attempted murder charges, Blueface accepted a plea deal, reducing the charges to battery and discharging a firearm. Although he avoided jail time, he received a three-year probation, a ban from owning drugs, alcohol, and weapons, and restrictions on visiting Las Vegas, except for work-related matters.
Any violation of these terms could result in the rapper serving the remainder of his sentence in prison. Additionally, Blueface has been ordered to pay $14,386,164.23 to the club owner due to his failure to settle the damages, with added interest to the original $13 million.
