Burna Boy Addresses Allegations of Impregnating and Abandoning Woman
Nigerian music star and Grammy Award winner, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, has responded to allegations made by a woman named Stella, who claimed the singer impregnated her and later abandoned her.
In a recent interview, Stella alleged that she was in a three-year relationship with Burna Boy and became pregnant during that time. She claimed the artist initially promised to take responsibility for the child but later backed out. Stella further shared that her home had been burgled, and the stress from the incident led to her suffering a miscarriage.
Reacting to the claims, Burna Boy dismissed the accusations, implying that Stella was a sex worker with whom he had a transactional relationship. He referenced an amount of N20,000, which he alleged was her fee at the time. The singer also pointed out that Stella was one of several people who had previously accused him of being impotent. In his response, Burna Boy wrote:
“Meanwhile, this is one of the first people who called me impotent. And back then, her money was just N20,000, which I gave her. Please, join this comment section if you knew her at the time and can confirm that I’m not lying about the N20k.”
The allegations and Burna Boy’s response have sparked discussions online, with fans and commentators weighing in on the controversy. However, neither party has provided further evidence or clarification on the matter.
