Davido Unveils New Social Media Platform ‘Chatter’
Popular Afrobeats artist Davido has launched his own social media platform named Chatter. The announcement was made on his official X handle on Friday, where the musician revealed that he co-owns the app with his close friend, Sir Banko.
Chatter is described as a social audiovisual utility platform designed to connect content creators with a vibrant community, amplifying their voices. This platform marks Davido’s third venture into the internet space within the past eight months.
Davido’s previous digital endeavor, the cryptocurrency $DAVIDO coin, faced significant backlash after it crashed shortly after its launch, leading many in the cryptocurrency community to label it a scam. Despite this setback, Davido continues to innovate in the digital realm with the introduction of Chatter.
