Diddy Breaks Silence Amidst Fifth Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Amidst a wave of serious accusations, music mogul Diddy has broken his silence and taken to Instagram to vehemently defend himself against the latest sexual assault lawsuit filed against him. The Bad Boy Records founder expressed frustration, declaring “enough is enough” in response to what he perceives as attempts to tarnish his character and legacy.

In his Instagram post, Diddy asserted his innocence and accused the alleged victims of seeking a “quick payday.” He wrote, “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.” Diddy pledged to fight for his name, family, and the truth, denying any involvement in the “awful things being alleged.”

The recent lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, involves a Jane Doe accusing Diddy, former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, and another individual of gang-raping her when she was 17 in 2003. Court documents, reviewed by HipHopDX, detail the alleged incident, claiming Doe met the defendants at a Detroit lounge and was flown to Diddy’s NYC studio on a private plane. She asserts that she was drugged and raped by the three men in succession, eventually left in a bathroom in a “fetal position.”

Despite the accusations emerging two decades later, Doe provided photos from that night in the studio, sitting on Diddy’s lap. Her face is blurred for anonymity. HipHopDX has sought additional comment from Diddy’s representatives.

This lawsuit follows a similar bombshell filed by Diddy’s ex, Cassie, last month, accusing him of sexual assault, trafficking, and other forms of abuse. The pair settled less than 24 hours after the legal action was initiated. As legal challenges continue to mount, Diddy has stepped down from his role as Chairman of REVOLT.
