Diddy Confessed To Ordering 2Pac’s Murder After Raping Male Sex Worker, New Lawsuit Claims
Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh allegations in a lawsuit filed by an anonymous male accuser who claims the music mogul sexually assaulted him and confessed to ordering the 1996 murder of rapper 2Pac.
The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, February 26, alleges that the accuser – identified only as John Doe – was introduced to Diddy in 2012 through a male escort service in Florida. He claims that after being hired, he met Diddy at a New York City hotel, where he was instructed to engage in sexual acts with a female companion. The woman is said to be a key witness in an ongoing federal sex trafficking investigation involving Combs.
According to the filing, the plaintiff alleges that he was drugged – either through a drink he was given or baby oil applied by Diddy – causing him to lose control of his body. He further claims that the hip-hop mogul followed him into a bathroom, sexually assaulted him, and then made threats referencing 2Pac’s murder.
“You better not say a word to anybody about this,” Diddy allegedly told him. “If I can get ‘Pac hit, what do you think can happen to you?”
Diddy has long been the subject of speculation regarding 2Pac’s fatal shooting in Las Vegas, though he has repeatedly denied any involvement.
Through his legal representatives, Combs has dismissed the lawsuit, calling the allegations baseless.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed – especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims – it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone,” his legal team told TMZ. “Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The accuser’s legal representatives stated that their client is willing to cooperate with federal authorities in connection with the criminal case against Diddy. However, as of now, the charges in the federal case do not include allegations of drugging or assaulting male victims.
Diddy is already facing multiple lawsuits and a federal investigation related to allegations of sexual misconduct, trafficking, and abuse, with a trial expected to begin in May.
