Erik Ten Hag Punishes His Squad, Forces Players to Run the Kilometers Brentford Outran Them By

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has forced his players to run 13.8 kilometers following their humbling 4-0 loss to Brentford.

The distance, 13.8 kilometers, was not selected at random as it represents the difference between the distance covered by Brentford and Manchester United throughout the humiliating encounter.

Brentford thrashed United on Saturday, when the Red Devils put on what could go down as one of their worst performances to date.

Problems in midfield and defence that have been evident for a while were on full display once again.

The team conceded 4 goals in the first half, three of which were the direct result of individual mistakes.

When United conceded the goals, there was no reaction from the team and Ten Hag appeared upset on the United bench.

Ten Hag is said to have been frustrated with the team’s lack of running; with the team covering a total of 95.6 kilometers.
