Fat Joe Acquires $750K Custom-Built Rolls Royce Cullinan After Seeing Similar Car in Dubai
Hip-hop icon Fat Joe recently made headlines with his jaw-dropping purchase of a custom-built Rolls Royce Cullinan, a move inspired by a similar vehicle he encountered in Dubai.
According to TMZ, the renowned “All The Way Up” rapper invested a whopping $750,000 in this luxurious ride approximately four months ago. Part of the hefty price tag included a striking $100,000 spent on customizing the car’s exterior frame, a meticulous process that took over a month to complete.
The creative genius behind this automotive masterpiece is none other than Will Castro, known for his work on Unique Whips: Special Editions, featured on the Speedvision network. This isn’t the first time Castro has collaborated with Fat Joe on remarkable Rolls Royce creations. The rapper’s collection also boasts another Rolls Royce custom job in orange and black, completed in 2022.
Beyond his passion for luxury automobiles, Fat Joe recently showcased his journalistic side by conducting an exclusive interview with Jada Pinkett-Smith. The interview took place at Joe’s UP NYC sneaker store, and it was on this occasion that he gifted Jada a pair of his signature Terror Squad Nike Air Force 1 sneakers.
This generous gesture from Fat Joe drew praise and amusement from fellow artists and fans, with the likes of Fabolous, Jim Jones, N.O.R.E., and more joining in the conversation. Fabolous couldn’t resist joking that the “TS” in the sneaker name stood for “Tupac Shakur” rather than “Terror Squad.”
Rap Radar’s Brian “B. Dot” Miller playfully added to the humor by chiming in with “al-Qaeda Jada.”
During the interview, Fat Joe delved into some of the headlines surrounding Jada Pinkett-Smith’s Worthy memoir, which was released on Tuesday, October 17. One viral story revolved around her referring to the late 2Pac as her “soulmate.” Jada addressed these assumptions, stating, “Me and Pac were never an item. People make too many assumptions because I be trying to keep stuff close to the chest. We were never together.”
In a previous statement, Fat Joe also expressed his wish to have Will Smith join him on stage at the 2023 BET Hip Hop Awards, although logistical challenges ultimately prevented this grand collaboration from happening.
