‘I Won’t Do it Again’ – Dara Begs Ijoba Lande Over Infidelity [VIDEO]
Darasimi, wife of popular comedian Ijoba Lande, has issued a public apology over allegations of infidelity.
In an emotional plea during an interview on the Talk to B podcast on Saturday, Dara begged for forgiveness from her husband and the public.
“Ijoba Lande, don’t be upset with me. I’m also begging everyone I have disappointed, including Nigerians all over the world. This is not who I am, and I never prayed to make such a mistake again. I will never go near it again,” she said.
Her apology comes after actors Baba Tee and Mary Gold also pleaded with Lande to forgive her.
Ijoba Lande had earlier accused Baba Tee and other colleagues of having affairs with his wife. While Baba Tee initially denied the allegations, he later admitted to having a brief sexual encounter with Dara and apologized publicly.
Similarly, Mary Gold, who was both Lande’s manager and Dara’s close friend, confessed to taking Dara to Baba Tee’s house, where the affair took place.
Dara’s apology has sparked mixed reactions online, with many awaiting Lande’s response to the controversy.
