Nigerian Skit Maker, Trinity Guy Granted Bail After 4 weeks In Prison

Nigerian skit maker, Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, popularly known as Trinity Guy, has been granted bail after spending four weeks in prison.

The skit maker was initially invited by the police in connection with a prank video that involved a minor, which led to his arrest and subsequent remand at the Agodi correctional facility by a Family Court sitting at Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State.

Trinity Guy’s release on bail was confirmed by his fellow skit maker, Abdugalfar Abiola, popularly known as Cute Abiola, who took to Instagram to share the news.

Cute Abiola expressed his joy and best wishes for Trinity Guy, praying for Almighty Allah’s guidance on his journey. Yoruba movie maker, Lizzy Anjorin, also celebrated the skit maker’s bail, thanking God for the development.

The case also involves the arraignment and remand of Isiaka Ahmed, 40, and his wife, Rofiat, 29, who are the parents of the victim. They face charges of conspiracy, sexual abuse, and exploitation alongside Trinity Guy.

As of the time of reporting, efforts to reach the Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, Osifeso Adewale, for further details were unsuccessful as he did not respond to calls or texts. The situation surrounding Trinity Guy’s case has garnered attention, and his release on bail brings some relief to him and his supporters.
