OnlyFans Owner Leonid Radvinsky Earns $631 Million Amid Surge in Subscribers
Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans, paid himself $631 million over a span of nearly two years as the platform saw significant growth in user traffic. According to newly released financial reports from Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, the site experienced a sharp rise in both content creators and subscribers, resulting in pre-tax profits of $658 million for the fiscal year ending November 2023.
The platform, popular for adult content but also home to musicians, fitness experts, and comedians, added nearly one million new content creators and more than 50 million fans in 2023, marking a 29% increase in users.
Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur with previous ties to adult websites, acquired OnlyFans in 2018 from its founders, Guy and Tim Stokely. The company, founded in Essex in 2016, now offers various content types, including a pornography-free TV streaming service launched in 2023.
Creators on OnlyFans earned a collective $6.6 billion in 2023, with the platform retaining a 20% cut from their earnings. Radvinsky’s personal earnings included $472 million in dividends up to November 2023, with an additional $159 million in subsequent months. This comes after a payout of $338 million in 2022, bringing his total earnings to nearly $1 billion in the past three years. Forbes estimates his net worth at $3.8 billion.
Despite its financial success, OnlyFans is under scrutiny by UK regulator Ofcom, which is investigating whether the platform is adequately preventing minors from accessing explicit content. In May 2023, OnlyFans acknowledged a “coding configuration issue” that affected age verification but maintained that age thresholds were set above 20.
CEO Keily Blair described 2023 as a “strong year,” emphasizing the company’s commitment to helping creators grow their global fan base. Despite its global presence, the company remains headquartered in London, while Radvinsky resides in Florida.
