Paul Okoye Accuses Twin Brother Peter of Trying to Jail Their Elder Brother Jude Over Alleged Fraud
Nigerian music star Paul Okoye, one half of the P-Square duo, has alleged that his twin brother, Peter Okoye, is responsible for their elder brother Jude’s recent legal troubles.
Jude Okoye, who previously managed P-Square, was recently arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an alleged N1.3 billion fraud. He, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Reacting to the development, Paul, in a viral video on social media, accused Peter of being behind Jude’s ordeal and vowed to ensure his release.
“The truth is, Peter is the one putting Jude through these things,” Paul said. “He is putting him in prison, and I am here to bring him out. Because the same crime they accused him of, then Peter is also guilty, and so am I.”
The accusation has further fueled speculations about internal conflicts within the Okoye family, years after P-Square’s publicized split and reunion.
