Rapper Vector Urges Nigerian Celebrities to Refrain from Supporting Bad Governance
Nigerian rapper Vector Tha Viper has called on his fellow celebrities to cease endorsing bad governance. In recent years, many Nigerian public figures have become more politically active, often publicly supporting politicians.
In a post on his X account, Vector criticized these celebrities for aligning with political figures at the expense of their fans and the general public. He emphasized that the current hardships faced by the populace would eventually impact everyone, including those who currently back the wrong leaders.
“To the celebrities taking sides against the reality of their own people/fans, it may be best to repent before you become the only reachable option if the hardship doesn’t stop. Stop supporting bad governance,” Vector stated.
His message comes amidst widespread protests across the nation, as citizens express their dissatisfaction with the rising levels of economic hardship.
