Rita Dominic Denies Rumours of Birthing Twins
On the heels of rumours claiming that she just welcomed a set of twins, celebrated Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic has described this as false in its entirety and labeled it to be nothing but a rumour.
On Wednesday, rumours circulated on social media platforms that the film star had put to bed.
Reacting to the speculation in a tweet, the movie star shared a gif of a man with the caption ‘Fake News.’
The film star and Anosike, the publisher of Daily Times Newspaper and founder of Folio Media Group, tied the knot in April.
In May, there were rumours that the union was in crisis over alleged infidelity involving Anosike.
Mildred Okwo, Dominic’s colleague and friend, however, dismissed the allegations. She also wondered why people spread news they can be sued for.
Recently, Dominic said she prefers to keep her marriage private.
“A relationship that’s private but not secret, people know we are together but don’t know anything about us,” she said.
“There’s a difference between privacy and secrecy. And to me, that’s perfect.”
In July, Dominic celebrated her 47th birthday. The couple held a dinner party at a highbrow restaurant in Lagos to mark the occasion.
