Many of us are familiar with Samsung through their smartphones, but the company operates in numerous sectors, both large and small. One of these is the significant home appliances market in which they hold a considerable share. The company has found success particularly with their Bespoke refrigerator models. However, producing a technologically superior product is not always enough. That’s why Samsung has joined forces with the ‘TOILET PAPER’ to introduce their limited edition ‘Bespoke Refrigerator.’
We know what many of you think of when you hear the word ‘TOILET PAPER’ but no this is not a toilet paper brand. However, this company with an intriguing name was founded in 2010 as a magazine before evolving into a creative studio over time. They collaborated with another company to transform the conventional look of refrigerators by designing colorful, eye-catching models that some people find quite appealing. These unique designs were first showcased in Milan, Italy. The Bespoke refrigerator is now available in four distinctive styles: Dessert Table, Lipstick, Mirror, and Rose.
Choi Ik-soo, Vice President of Samsung Electronics’ Household Appliances Division, said, “It will be an opportunity to further spread the identity of bespoke home appliances that can be changed to the European market.” It remains a matter of curiosity whether these interesting designs will be offered to the end-users or not.
