She’s My Bestie – Lojay Clarifies Relationship with Davido’s Cousin, Sade
Nigerian singer Lojay has clarified his relationship with Folasade Adeleke, cousin of fellow musician Davido, amid speculation about a potential romance between the two. In a recent interview with Lagos-based City 105.1 FM, Lojay dismissed the dating rumours, describing his bond with Folasade as a close friendship.
“She is my bestie,” Lojay stated, laughing off the romance rumours. He emphasized their strong connection, adding, “Honestly, she’s one of the closest people to me. We are really good friends.” Reflecting on a recent birthday gesture, he mentioned, “I sent her balloons and flowers for her birthday. For me, it was just a beautiful gesture.”
This comes as another of Davido’s cousins, Adenike Adeleke, also known as Nikos Living, recently sparked dating rumours with Nigerian artist Young John after the pair were seen together frequently. However, neither has commented publicly on the nature of their relationship.
