South Africa Sneak Past Tunisia in 1-0 Thriller | Watch Highlights

South Africa joins Nigeria, Morocco and Zambia in the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) after beating Tunisia 1-0 in their quarter-final.

South African forward, Jermaine Seoposenwe recovered a from a minor sustained in the win over Botswana, while Thalea Smidt replaced Thembi Kgatlana, who will miss the rest of the tournament.

Banyana’s preparations were also disrupted when by Covid-19, with an official and two players in quarantine.

Seoposenwe was straight back into thick of things as she opened the scoring for the South Africans in the 13th minute with her second goal of the tournament.

Tunisia, meanwhile, were on the back foot from the onset and struggled to get the ball off their South African counterparts.
