Waka Flocka Calls for 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes Joint Album

In a bid to enrich the Hip Hop culture with a much-needed crossover, Waka Flocka Flame, the Atlanta rapper, recently revealed one of his dream collaborations. He took to social media to express his fervent desire for a joint album from two iconic artists, 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes.

In a Twitter post, Waka Flocka Flame wrote, “The culture needs a joint album from @BustaRhymes & @50cent. Don’t give us a tired-ass excuse because y’all going on a worldwide tour, that’s too much fu%ng time lol.”

The reference to the “worldwide tour” pertains to 50 Cent’s Final Lap Tour, which features Busta Rhymes as a special guest throughout all dates, with Jeremih also joining for all North American shows.

Switching gears to his own music, Waka Flocka Flame made a surprising revelation about his club hit, “No Hands,” last month. The track recently achieved diamond status, earning him his first diamond plaque.

On an Instagram Story, the rapper confessed that if it weren’t for the recommendation of DJ Love Dinero, he wouldn’t have initially taken “No Hands” as his own. In a post shared by Dinero about the song’s diamond success, Waka Flocka Flame thanked him, saying, “Thank u for letting me know this a hit brada. I’ll never forget I tried to fight you for playing this girly ass record and now look. Crazy how life goes.”

Wale, who also featured on “No Hands” alongside Roscoe Dash, celebrated the milestone on his Instagram Stories, describing it as “Classico. Floarin. [Trophy emoji].”

Drumma Boy, the talented producer from Memphis who crafted “No Hands,” shared his excitement with TMZ about the song’s success. He recalled the moment, stating, “[The song] felt special and I felt like the conductor. I saw Roscoe in the corner and really one of the only people really locked in rapping to himself. I said what you got bro … go in the booth!!!”

He continued, “The rest was history … I had just cooked the beat up from scratch in front of 70+ people so it was like I was the DJ and once I got the people rocking, it was a wrap!!!”

Despite its huge success, Waka Flocka Flame still harbours a bit of resentment that “No Hands” didn’t receive a Grammy award. The song’s immense popularity and diamond certification stand as a testament to its enduring impact on the music scene.

As fans eagerly await the possibility of the epic collaboration between 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes, the Hip Hop world remains abuzz with excitement and anticipation for more groundbreaking music and unforgettable moments.
