Wizkid Makes History as First African Artist to Perform at British Fashion Awards

Nigerian music superstar Ayodeji Balogun, widely known as Wizkid, has etched his name in history as the first African artist to perform at the prestigious British Fashion Awards.

Wizkid delivered a stunning performance of his hit single Troubled Mind during the 2024 awards ceremony, captivating the audience with his signature blend of Afrobeat sounds and compelling stage presence.

The event took place at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall and was graced by an array of global stars, including A$AP Rocky, Rihanna, comedian Dave Chappelle, and fellow Nigerian artist Tems, among other notable celebrities.
