6ix9ine Faces Asset Sale, Potential Loss of Mansion and Rolls Royce to Settle $10m Assault Judgment
Controversial rapper 6ix9ine, also known as Daniel Hernandez, is on the verge of a financial setback, facing the possibility of selling off his assets, including a Florida mansion and his Rolls Royce, to cover a nearly $10 million judgment in a civil trial.
Court documents obtained by HipHopDX reveal that 6ix9ine attempted unsuccessfully to dismiss the judgment filed against him by dancer Alexis Salaberrios. As a consequence, a receiver was appointed on November 29 to ensure the rapper complies by turning over his assets for potential sale to satisfy the substantial judgment.
While there is an option to sell the rapper’s property, including the mentioned Florida mansion and Rolls Royce, there is no definitive indication that the sale will occur.
The judgment stems from an incident in 2021 when 6ix9ine allegedly hit dancer Alexis Salaberrios with a champagne bottle at the Gold Rush strip club in Miami, Florida. Despite being awarded $9.8 million in damages, 6ix9ine failed to appear at the civil trial during the summer, leading to the jury’s decision.
Notably, there has been no response or motions opposing the final judgment from 6ix9ine’s attorneys, as required by December 15, according to the court docket.
In a separate legal development, 6ix9ine’s girlfriend, Yailin La Más Viral, has been charged with felony assault after a physical altercation between the couple. Arrest records obtained by HipHopDX reveal that Yailin, also known as Jeorjina Guillermo Diaz, faces charges of felony battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, obstruction of justice, and criminal damage to property worth $1000 or more.
Footage from 6ix9ine’s Instagram captured the real-time argument, leading to Yailin’s arrest. The rapper claimed she needed help, and the video showed the couple engaged in a heated argument, with Yailin using a 2 x 6 to smash 6ix9ine’s phone and subsequent physical tussling before her arrest.
