Meek Mill Distances Himself Again From Diddy Allegations, Denies Any Sexual Involvement
Rapper Meek Mill has once again firmly denied any connection to the allegations surrounding music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, emphasizing that he has no involvement in Diddy’s private life and has never participated in any of the alleged parties under scrutiny.
In a recent interview with Complex, the Philadelphia-born artist addressed the persistent rumours that resurfaced after his name was loosely linked to a lawsuit filed by music producer Lil Rod, which alleged misconduct involving Diddy and various individuals.
Meek Mill dismissed the claims outright, describing them as part of a broader effort to damage the reputations of Black public figures. “I truly believe there’s a group of people aiming to tear down rappers or Black entertainers in this culture through media platforms,” he said, referencing how quickly misinformation can spread online.
He drew attention to the impact of false accusations, saying, “There was never a way people could just put out one rumor, and say I raped a little girl … now it’s in 15 publications. That’s defamation on any level.”
Specifically addressing speculation about his association with Diddy’s private gatherings, Meek clarified: “I’ve only attended New Year’s parties – not white parties or anything people are talking about. And when I show up anywhere, I’m with my team from Philly. I’ve never been in those environments by myself.”
He also questioned the silence from others in the industry who have attended similar events, saying, “It’s suspicious that no one from the Black community who went to those parties has come forward to clarify what they were really like.”
Meek added that he’s choosing to speak out openly, even while Diddy faces federal investigations, to make it clear he has no ties to the music mogul’s alleged activities. “I’m not affiliated with Puff Daddy’s sexual life or personal life – never have been,” he said.
Earlier this year, Meek offered a $100,000 reward for anyone who could prove his name was wrongly associated with the case. On social media, he suggested launching a private investigation into how his name became linked to the controversy at all.
“The streets know what’s up with me,” he wrote in a post. “I got 100k for a thorough investigation of who’s powering and how exactly my name connect to this.”
