Chelsea ‘In Driving Seat’ To Sign Paris Saint Germain Star Neymar
Despite the transfer buzz around Paris Saint Germain forward Neymar continues to grow, Chelsea are believed to be in pole position to make a sensational move to secure the Brazilian winger.
The Brazil international endured a poor season at the Parc des Princes in 2021 through 2022. He was even booed by the PSG fans after his side suffered a shocking exit in the Champions League against eventual winners Real Madrid.
With manager Mauricio Pochettino close to an exit and and with new sporting director in the shape of Luis Campos, the French champions are surely heading into a busy summer shake up.
Meanwhile, Neymar’s departure is believed to be on the list of tasks Campos looks forward to striking off his to-do list as he looks to steer the club in a new direction.
According to some reports, Neymar’s wish is to stay in Paris and win the Champions League with PSG but it remains to be seen if Chelsea have what it takes to pry him away from France.
