Diddy Faces New Rape Lawsuit Alleging Forced Sex with Late Ex-Girlfriend Kim Porter

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of forcing a woman to have sex with his late ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, as part of a new rape lawsuit filed by April Lampros. The lawsuit, filed on Thursday, alleges multiple instances of sexual assault dating back to the mid-1990s.

Lampros, who first encountered Diddy in 1994 while studying fashion, claims that the rapper sexually assaulted her on four separate occasions. One incident involved Lampros being coerced into taking ecstasy and engaging in sexual activities with Porter, who passed away in 2018.

The lawsuit further alleges that Diddy recorded one of these encounters without Lampros’ consent and subsequently showed the video to others. Lampros is suing for battery, sexual assault, infliction of emotional distress, and gender-motivated violence.

Diddy has yet to respond to these latest allegations. He has previously denied other sexual assault claims.

The legal filing outlines a series of alleged assaults beginning in 1995, where Lampros claims Diddy pressured her to consume alcohol, leading her to feel disoriented. She alleges she later passed out in a hotel room and was raped by him. Lampros recounts receiving gifts from Diddy afterwards and meeting with him under the pretext of discussing business, only to be assaulted again in a parking garage.

The most severe allegation involves an incident in 1996, where Lampros claims Diddy forced her and Porter to take ecstasy and engage in sexual acts while he watched and later raped her. She alleges that Diddy used threats of blacklisting her from the fashion industry to maintain control over her.

Lampros also contends that Diddy and Porter had her dismissed from a bar job after they discovered her working there. She asserts that her interactions with Diddy ended in 1998, but she encountered him again two years later, leading to an unwanted visit to her apartment where he allegedly made unwelcome advances.

In support of her claims, Lampros has provided numerous photographs of herself with Diddy. She expressed hope for justice in a statement, saying, “I’m confident that justice will prevail and the veil will be removed so no other woman will have to endure what I did.”

This lawsuit marks the seventh sexual assault claim against Diddy in the past six months and the second within the week, following a former model’s accusations of rape and drugging.
