Rapper Rubi Rose has disclosed that her past relationship with comedian Druski was not sexual, claiming it was orchestrated for publicity purposes. The American rapper made the revelation on her social media platform, X, on Tuesday, clarifying rumours surrounding their breakup two months ago.
In her statement, Rose asserted that the relationship, which had been made public shortly before its end, was a promotional stunt and not genuine. She wrote, “For the record, I never slept with that man. He paid for PR, not for anything else.”
Despite the business arrangement, Rose acknowledged that Druski was both “funny and nice.” She emphasized that she only engages in intimate relationships when in love, adding, “I don’t care how much money a man has—I’m rich enough on my own.”
