Is This Why Dammy Krane “Hates” Davido So Much?
Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane recently voiced his way into the news as he called out award-winning singer, Davido on social media over a certain unpaid debt and has not ceased calling out to the singer.
According to the singer, Davido allegedly owes him for his contribution to one of his songs. Taking the energy to Twitter, Dammy Krane accused Davido of refusing to pay him for his songwriting contribution to an earlier released track, even after reaching out to the DMW boss privately.
Recall that Dammy Krane was arrested for fraud in 2017 in the United States. According to reports, Dammy Krane had allegedly skipped bail and fled to Nigeria. He was, howevver, eventually detained at the airport after arriving in the United States, charged with a crime, and sentenced to jail.
While in Prison, Dammy Krane claimed he contacted Davido and some of the 30BG’s important members to inform them that he had been sexually assaulted by some of his fellow inmates and begged Davido to assist him in getting out of jail as soon as possible.
Davido reportedly played down Dammy Krane’s request given that he was powerless to intervene and did not want to jeopardize his reputation.
After serving his time in prison, Dammy Krane was returned to Nigeria through deportation. According to trusted sources, the sexual assault in the prison had a bad impact on his mental state, and the singer has repeatedly blamed Davidó “for leaving him in there to be in prison for so long” even after pleading with Davidó to try and get him an elite Attorney to try and get him out of prison. In the end, Dammy Krane served his time, which explains wy the singer holds a grudge against Davido.
