Mr Macaroni Vows to Continue Speaking Out Against Oppression, Bad Governance
Nigerian actor and content creator Adebowale Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has reaffirmed his commitment to speaking out against oppression and bad governance in the country.
Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) handle, Mr Macaroni stated that he has always been vocal about injustice, even before rising to fame. He emphasized that his activism is a personal choice and cautioned against using it as a benchmark to judge other celebrities.
“I would never stop speaking up against the oppression of the people and against bad governance. That is what I have always stood against even before fame. But please do not hold other celebrities to the same standard, especially when the people themselves are not accountable,” he wrote.
Mr Macaroni has been a prominent advocate for social justice in Nigeria, often using his platform to call out government misconduct and demand better governance.
