Odumodublvck Ranks Burna Boy Ahead of Wizkid and Davido

Tochukwu Ojogwu, better known as Odumodublvck, recently shared his insights on the hierarchy of Afrobeats artists, placing Burna Boy at the top of his list during an appearance on London’s 90 podcast. The artist behind the hit track “Declan Rice” made it clear that, in his view, Burna Boy’s current activity sets him apart, positioning him as the leading artist in the genre.

Odumodublvck went on to rank Davido as the second top artist following Burna Boy. However, he suggested that Wizkid’s recent activity may not earn him a spot in the top five at present.

The rapper proceeded to name Tems, Asake, and Rema as the remaining artists in the top five, though he did offer an honourable mention to Wizkid. Odumodublvck emphasized that Wizkid has already achieved legendary status within the music industry.

In the same podcast interview, the artist opened up about his early experiences with substance use, revealing that he began smoking weed at the tender age of 10. He shared, “I’ve been smoking weed every day since I was 10 years old. The only time I don’t smoke is when I’m sick.”
