Offset Unleashes New Single ‘Set It Off’ Ahead of Much-Anticipated US Tour

Migos rapper Offset is gearing up to ignite stages across North America with his upcoming tour, aptly named after his second solo studio album, “Set It Off.” The 32-year-old artist has set the tone for the musical journey with the release of a brand-new single under the same title, accompanied by an opulent music video showcasing his life of luxury.

In the recently dropped track, titled “Set It Off,” Offset delivers his signature style with lyrics like, “2pac with the Glock, got the juice/ Get a bad bitch and make her my muse/ Falling off, n-gga, no, I refuse/ Back on my bullshit, I hop in my Wraith.” The song features a captivating beat switch halfway through, adding to the anticipation surrounding Offset’s solo endeavours.

Parallel to the release, Offset has unveiled plans for a North American tour in support of his sophomore LP. The 17-date tour is scheduled to kick off on March 10 in Philadelphia, with the final show set to take place exactly a month later in his hometown of Atlanta.

Describing “SET IT OFF” as more than a phrase but a shared vibe, Offset expressed his excitement for the tour, stating, “This tour is not just a series of concerts, it’s a journey into my mind. I’m ready to hit the road on my first solo headlining tour, bringing the heat and most importantly, giving the fans a new way to experience my music.”

Referencing the 1996 film “Set It Off,” which shares its name with Offset’s latest album and tour, the trailer for the concerts teases an immersive experience for fans.

“Set It Off,” released on October 13, made a strong debut at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 chart, accumulating 70,000 album-equivalent units in its first week. Following the announcement of his tour, Offset took to Twitter to express gratitude, acknowledging the challenges he faced during the album’s creation.

The tour itinerary includes stops in major cities such as New York, Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, and concludes with a hometown finale in Atlanta on April 10. Fans eager to catch Offset’s live performances can purchase tickets for the tour online.

Offset tweeted, “I want to thank everyone that love the album you guys dont know how hard I work on this project with all that went on in my life…we pushing through!!!!!” as a token of appreciation for the support surrounding his latest musical endeavours.
