Portable Sacks Road Manager Over ‘Financial Misappropriation’

Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has officially severed ties with his road manager, Adeseyan ‘Stelliza’ Oluwatosin, citing allegations of financial misappropriation.

In a statement issued by Portable’s legal team and shared on his Instagram page, the controversial singer disclosed the termination of his professional relationship with his road manager. The letter accused Oluwatosin of engaging in unethical practices within the industry, posing potential risks to Portable’s business interests and the reputation of his record label, Zeh Nation.

The statement reads, “This public notice serves as an official statement on the termination of all business relationships between the CEO of Zeh Nation, Okikiola Badmus [Portable], and Ms. Adeseyan Adedoyin Oluwatosin a.k.a Stelliza in her capacity as the road manager to Portable and Zeh Nation.”

The decision stems from allegations of financial misappropriation and unethical industry practices attributed to Oluwatosin, actions that Portable claims have jeopardized the financial stability of both himself and Zeh Nation. The singer expressed concerns about transparency, integrity, and adherence to ethical business practices, accusing his former road manager of breaching the trust placed in her role.

The letter concludes by redirecting any future business inquiries to the named manager on the bios of Portable’s verified social media handles.

Portable gained widespread recognition in December 2021 following the release of his hit song ‘Zazoo Zeh.’ The public termination of his association with Stelliza adds a new chapter to the singer’s career, emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct within the music industry.
