Sexual Exploitation: Trinity Guy to Remain in Prison Till Aug 31
The Oyo State Magistrate Court in Iyaganku, Ibadan, has ruled that skit maker Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, popularly known as Trinity Guy, must remain in prison until August 31.
Trinity Guy was summoned by the Oyo State police command in June after his controversial prank video involving a minor.
He and the parents of the girl, Isiaka Ahmed and Rofiat, were charged with conspiracy, sexual abuse, and exploitation.
During the court session on June 26, Magistrate PO Adetuyibi ordered Trinity Guy and the parents to be remanded until July 11.
In the subsequent hearing, the Magistrate extended their remand in Agodi prison and adjourned the case until August 31 for further proceedings.
