SZA Announces Indefinite Hiatus from Live Performances
American singer Solána Imani Rowe, known by her stage name SZA, has announced an indefinite break from live performances. The “Kill Bill” singer made the announcement on social media following her headlining performance at Montreal’s Osheaga Festival on August 5.
In her post on X (formerly Twitter), SZA expressed the need to take a step back to focus on personal matters. “Yesterday was my last show for a while. Finally bout to get my life together. Thank u God,” she wrote.
The Grammy-winning artist has been actively touring since early 2023, completing 63 shows worldwide as part of her “SOS” Tour and continuing with a busy summer festival lineup. This break marks a pause in her intense touring schedule, allowing her to prioritize her personal well-being.
