Tyga Seeks Sole Custody of Son in Ongoing Child Support Battle with Blac Chyna

The child support battle between Tyga and Blac Chyna has taken a new turn, as the rapper is now demanding sole custody of their son, King Cairo. Newly-filed documents, obtained by The Blast, reveal Tyga’s desire for Chyna to have “reasonable right of parenting time (visitation) without physical custody,” effectively granting him full custody. Additionally, Tyga wishes to have written permission or a court order to take their child out of California.

This move is in response to Blac Chyna’s August petition for joint custody and child support. The child support request suggests that the court could order support for the children without further notice to either party.

Blac Chyna had previously served Tyga’s mother with documents via a process server, as she claimed she couldn’t locate Tyga to serve him directly. In response, Tyga addressed the matter publicly on social media, but he would need to address it legally to avoid a potential default judgment.

A hearing regarding custody and visitation has been scheduled for the following month, according to the latest report by The Blast.

In other news, Tyga has recently sold a California vacation property he purchased in 2019, making a profit of over $1 million. The estate, located in the Coachella valley, was initially bought for $3.9 million and sold for $5.1 million. The waterfront property features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and its private beach. Despite initially listing it for $5.9 million, Tyga’s sale has left him significantly wealthier.
