Victony Opens Up About Heartbreak on Podcast
Nigerian singer Victony has candidly shared his heartbreak experience during an appearance on “The Chinasa Anukam Show.”
In the podcast, Victony recounted feeling angry, betrayed, and foolish after discovering that his ex-girlfriend had a secret relationship with another man. He explained that his ex had lied about the nature of her relationship with this man, claiming he was just a friend. Despite his initial trust and open-mindedness, Victony eventually realized the truth.
“She was talking to this other guy, and I was aware,” Victony said. “She was telling me about this other guy. Me, very open-minded, I was like, this guy was just her friend… But his name just always came up. And I would be like, what kind of friend is this one?”
Victony revealed that this heartbreak happened during his teenage years when he was young and vulnerable. “At the end of the day, it turned out he was not her friend. That was very mad because when I realized everything that was going on, I felt very stupid,” he admitted.
