Abraham Cancels Out Vlahovic’s Opener as Juventus and Roma Play Out a Draw | Watch Highlights

Tammy Abraham scored a crucial break after the break to cancel out Dusan Vlahovic’s opener, as Juventus drew 1-1 with Roma at the Allianz Stadium in Serie A on Saturday.

As reported by Marca, the Old Lady hit the ground running and converted their first chance of the game into a goal through a clinical Vlahovic, whose freekick from just outside Roma’s box went in off the woodwork.

Manuel Locatelli scored one of his own in the 25th minute, but his goal was overruled by VAR for a handball in the build-up.

Rui Patricio denied Juan Cuadrado 10 minutes later, with the Colombian winger missing a fine chance to double his team’s lead after the break.

Roma grew into the game, with Wojciech Szczesny pulling off a great save to deny Abraham in the 68th minute.

However, the Old Lady goalkeeper couldn’t do much just a few moments later, when former Juventus playmaker Paulo Dybala teed up Abraham, who headed home.
