Anderson .Paak Files for Divorce After 13 Years of Marriage

In a surprising turn of events, Grammy-winning artist Anderson .Paak has officially filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Jaylyn Chang. The musician, born Brandon Paak Anderson, submitted the divorce documents, expressing his desire for the dissolution of their marriage and seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two children.

According to TMZ, .Paak has petitioned the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to Jaylyn Chang. The estranged couple shares two children, Soul Rasheed (13) and Shine Tariq (6). Legal proceedings are currently underway to fairly divide the couple’s assets and property.

The artist shared a clip on Instagram, featuring a rendition of “Old Town Road” from three years ago, with a caption that teased upcoming projects with Knxwledge. The duo had previously worked together, and in 2020, .Paak confirmed they were in the process of creating a new album.
