Barcelona President Reveals Premier League Star He Loves

Barcelona president, Joan Laporta, has singled out Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva as the Premier League star he truly admires.

Laporta said Silva is a “very good player”, amid speculation Barcelona want to sign the midfielder this summer.

Speaking with CBS Sports, Laporta said, “Silva is a very good player. I have to respect, though, that he belongs to Manchester City.

“I have some friends there, like Pep Guardiola, Tixi Bergstein and Khaldoon Al Mubarak.

“There are a lot of people I know.”
