Costco Denies Supplying Baby Oil to Diddy Amid Sex Trafficking Allegations
U.S. wholesale giant Costco has denied claims that it supplied baby oil to rapper and music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently embroiled in serious legal troubles.
The denial comes in response to allegations that federal agents seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil, alongside drugs, during a raid on Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion in March. Authorities claim the items were intended for use in illicit gatherings referred to as “freak offs.”
In a recent documentary titled The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, suggested that the baby oil was purchased in bulk from Costco. However, Costco swiftly refuted the claim, stating that none of its U.S. locations carry baby oil. The company told TMZ: “We do not sell baby oil.”
Diddy, who was arrested by Homeland Security on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution, has pleaded not guilty to the accusations. Despite his plea, the Bad Boy Records founder has had his bail request denied twice, further intensifying the legal battle surrounding the case.
The allegations continue to fuel widespread media coverage as the case against Diddy unfolds.
