Diddy’s Son King Combs Faces Sexual Assault Lawsuit Amidst Father’s Legal Woes
King Combs, son of renowned music mogul Diddy, finds himself embroiled in legal trouble as he faces a sexual assault lawsuit filed on Thursday (April 4) in Los Angeles Superior Court. The plaintiff, Grace O’Marcaigh, accuses the Hip Hop artist of rape in connection with an incident in 2022, just prior to Diddy’s New Year’s Eve yacht party.
According to court documents obtained by NBC News, O’Marcaigh alleges that the event, advertised as a “wholesome family event,” transformed into a “hedonistic environment,” leading to the assault. The lawsuit lists both King Combs and Diddy as defendants.
Attorney Tyrone Blackburn, representing O’Marcaigh and producer Lil Rod, who filed a similar suit against Diddy in February, likened King Combs’ behavior to his father’s, stating, “Like father, like son.”
In response, Aaron Dyer, representing both King Combs and Diddy, dismissed the allegations as baseless and part of a pattern of behavior by Blackburn. Dyer emphasized plans to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
This development follows federal raids on Diddy’s properties in Miami and Los Angeles, linked to ongoing investigations into allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct against the music mogul. The raids left Diddy’s Los Angeles home in disarray, with leaked footage showing federal agents searching the premises.
Despite the legal challenges faced by the Combs family, King Combs broke his silence on Snapchat, urging people to refrain from making assumptions without the full story.
