The mix-up can be traced back to September 2023, when Khaled joined Drake onstage during his It’s All a Blur Tour. Holding up a massive sign that read:
“I have 2 Drake songs on my new album – coming 2024.”
The stunt was classic DJ Khaled marketing, fueling speculation that Drake would play a major role in Aalam of God. The two have a long history of hit collaborations, including “I’m On One,” “No New Friends,” “For Free,” and “Popstar.”
