Drake and Adonis Showcase NOCTA’s ‘Love You Forever’ AF1 in Latest Ad Campaign
Drake and his son, Adonis, take centre stage in the latest ad campaign for NOCTA, featuring the “Love You Forever” Nike Air Force 1 sneaker. The custom AF1s, available for purchase after a Saturday (December 2) restock via Nike and NOCTA’s websites, come with a retail price of $160.
While maintaining the classic white synthetic upper-leather and midsole of the iconic Nike OG sneaker, the “Love You Forever” edition introduces a special touch with the inscription on the side of the heel in an elegant script. Additionally, the traditional star-shaped traction on the bottom of the shoe has been transformed into heart shapes.
The heartwarming ad, shared on Instagram, captures a candid moment of Drake and Adonis bonding, with the rapper taking on the role of a doting father. In one of the images, Adonis is seen getting his hair braided while Drizzy takes care of lacing up one of the AF1s.
NOCTA, Drake’s collaboration with Nike, has been active this fall, celebrating the NBA season’s return with a basketball-themed collection. The lineup includes various items such as socks, a jacket, performance pieces, and more. The rapper also enlisted NBA superstar Kevin Durant for a series of comedic campaign pictures, adding a playful touch to the promotion.
Launched in 2020, NOCTA has become a prominent collaboration between Drake and Nike, joining the league of other rap icons like Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, and Travis Scott who have also collaborated with the renowned sports brand.
