Joe Budden and Yung Miami

Joe Budden Predicts End of Yung Miami’s ‘Caresha Please’ Podcast as She Bids Farewell to ‘Toxic’ Internet

Renowned podcaster Joe Budden has shared his belief that Yung Miami’s podcast, “Caresha Please,” may have reached its conclusion, expressing his joy at the potential end. Budden, a former rapper turned podcast host, discussed various topics, including Yung Miami’s show, during a recent appearance on the Need to Know Podcast.

In a candid moment, Budden humorously speculated about the fate of the popular REVOLT show, suggesting it might be finished. He playfully remarked on the possibility of Yung Miami receiving further awards, indicating that the podcast may have run its course.

“She might not see another list in her life,” Budden stated. “I love her show so much. I do. I love her, and I love her show. I think she’s good. I think it’s needed for that. When we getting another one of those again?”

While expressing his thoughts, Budden even sang along to a rendition of Queen’s “Another One Bites the Dust,” adding a light-hearted touch to his commentary.

Yung Miami’s podcast, “Caresha Please,” previously won the Best Hip Hop Platform award at the BET Awards in 2022 and 2023. The rapper-turned-podcast host received accolades for her work, with her 2023 win sparking discussions about the legitimacy of the award.

The podcast faced criticism, with notable figures such as N.O.R.E. and Charlamagne Tha God questioning its frequency and impact. Despite the backlash, Yung Miami defended her podcast during an appearance on The Breakfast Club in October, emphasizing her hard work and dedication.

Amid the scrutiny and controversies surrounding her, including backlash over her third studio album and online drama, Yung Miami has expressed a desire to distance herself from social media. In a recent tweet, she declared, “The internet too toxic. I’m leaving y’all in 2023; y’all got it.”

Despite potential challenges in her podcasting journey, Yung Miami is reportedly shifting her focus to her reality show, “A Day in the Life of Miami,” set to premiere on BET in 2024. The reality show, featuring Yung Miami but excluding her partner in rhyme, JT, will provide a glimpse into the rapper’s daily life.
