As reported by The New York Times on Friday (December 1), the Compton-native rapper has acquired a residence in a 106-unit condominium situated near Brooklyn Heights’ waterfront. The 36-year-old artist, known as K-Dot, reportedly spent $8.6 million on this New York City apartment, showcasing his discerning taste after months of property exploration in the city.

Spanning across an impressive 3,140 square feet, the penthouse boasts four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
