The First Real Madrid Foundation Basketball Clinic in Singapore
The Real Madrid Foundation has organised its first basketball clinic in Singapore, in partnership with Spanish Sporting Ventures.
The Singapore Basketball Centre played host to this technical improvement experience in basketball with values. Fifty boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 13 years old took part in the activity.
The initiative was led by a Real Madrid Foundation coach trained in the educational methodology For a Real Education: values and sport, who provided sports and educational experiences that give the boys and girls a comprehensive education in values such as respect, motivation, equality, teamwork, healthy habits, responsible independence and commitment to self-esteem, all through playing their favourite sport. Spanish Sporting Ventures is a Real Madrid Foundation partner in Singapore and has been providing the annual football programme since the 2013/14 season.
