The Game Tracked Down by Private Investigator Over Unpaid Sexual Battery Judgment

Compton rapper The Game has been served legal papers by a private investigator, following his continued evasion of a $7 million judgment in a sexual battery civil suit filed against him by Priscilla Rainey. Despite losing the lawsuit, The Game has consistently refused to pay the awarded amount.

According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Rainey enlisted private investigator Robert Sedillo Jr. to locate the rapper and serve him with a court order. The order concerns the potential sale of The Game’s property to satisfy the outstanding $7 million debt, along with a notice for an upcoming hearing. The Game was served on August 22 but has yet to respond to the legal action.

This latest development is part of an ongoing saga between The Game and Rainey, who accused the rapper of sexually assaulting her during the filming of a reality show. Rainey claimed that The Game, under the influence of alcohol and drugs, forcibly touched her inappropriately. The rapper has vehemently denied these allegations, insisting that Rainey’s lawsuit is baseless and motivated by a desire for attention and financial gain.

In the years following the lawsuit, The Game has maintained that Rainey will never receive the full amount owed, though she has already collected nearly $400,000 through his music royalties. The rapper expressed his disdain for the judgment in a 2016 Instagram post, where he asserted his innocence and dismissed Rainey’s claims as unfounded.

As the legal battle continues, The Game’s refusal to pay the court-ordered sum has led to escalating efforts by Rainey’s legal team to recover the debt, including the potential sale of his home. The rapper’s next steps in response to the recent court order remain to be seen.

The Game has always denied any wrongdoing after Rainey claimed he forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks,” after getting her intoxicated on drink and drugs.
