Tiwa Savage Says Nigerian Men Lack Romance Despite Style and Generosity

Afrobeats sensation Tiwa Savage has shared her thoughts on Nigerian men, describing them as stylish and generous but lacking in romance.

Speaking during an appearance on GRM Daily’s Thoughts in a Culli, the singer noted that while Nigerian men often display confidence and financial generosity, they fall short when it comes to romantic gestures.

“Nigerian men do have swag, but they are not really romantic when it comes down to it,” she said. “They know how to swag and splash cash, but I’m not looking for that.”

Savage’s comments sparked conversation online, with many fans weighing in on the balance between financial expression and emotional intimacy in modern relationships.
