Kendrick Lamar Breaks Beyoncé’s Billboard Record with 24 No. 1 Hits
Hip-hop star Kendrick Lamar has set a new Billboard record for the most simultaneous No. 1s across multiple charts in a single week, surpassing Beyoncé’s previous milestone.
The rapper achieved 24 No. 1 positions, breaking the record of 23, which Beyoncé set in 2022 following the release of her critically acclaimed album, Renaissance.
Lamar’s latest success follows his high-profile rap feud with Drake, which has significantly boosted his commercial impact since mid-2024. His new album, GNX, currently sits atop the Billboard 200, while his hit single “Luther,” featuring SZA, remains at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the third consecutive week.
