Lawyer Camille Vasquez Reveals That Johnny Depp Has Invited Her to Europe This Summer
America’s latest celebrity lawyer, Camille Vasquez who represented Hollywood actor, Johnny Depp during his high-profile defamation trial against his former wife, Amber Heard has revealed that the star actor has invited her to Europe this summer. As expected, this has once again, set tongues on whether or not the due have a romantic relationship between them.
Vasquez, who has been promoted to partner at her law firm, stole the limelight after helping Depp to win his defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard.
“I’m hopefully going to be in Europe this summer where he’s going to be playing, and he asked me to go there if I wanted to,” Vasquez said in an interview with Univision.
Are Depp and Vasquez Having an affair?
During the trial there were rumours that there was an affair between the two, with Vasquez being very affectionate with Depp, publicly hugging him in court.
“Of course I did [hug him]. He’s my friend, but he’s my client first, and he was going through something very difficult,” she added.
“I love my clients very much and I am Hispanic, I like hugging and touching people, not kissing. But I did give him a hug because he needed it.”
Vasquez Explains Why She Didn’t Deny Rumour About Them Having an Affair Earlier
When asked why she did not deny rumours about a possible affair when she was questioned at the entrance of the court, Vasquez explained that she was not allowed to.
“I couldn’t answer, the court told us that we couldn’t give interviews or say anything at the court, so I couldn’t,” she explained.
