Mayorkun Hints at Marriage, Says He’s ‘Off the Market’
Afropop star Mayorkun has revealed that he is no longer available for romance, hinting at a possible marriage during a recent interview on Arise TV.
The singer, whose real name is Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, confirmed that he is “off the market,” but remained tight-lipped about the identity of his partner.
“There’s no chance for any other girl,” he said. “I’m not going to mention my partner’s name or give any details about her now. My fingers are crossed on that. But eventually, everyone will know her.”
Mayorkun, known for hits like Cheche and Certified Loner, avoided giving direct confirmation of a wedding but strongly suggested that his relationship has taken a serious turn.
His last public relationship was with British model Cocainna. In October 2023, the former DMW signee revealed they had parted ways, citing incompatibility. Despite the breakup, he said they remained on good terms.
Fans are now speculating about the identity of the mystery woman, but Mayorkun appears determined to keep that part of his life private – at least for now.
