50 Cent Reveals He Declined $3M Offer to Perform at Trump’s New York Rally

American rapper Curtis Jackson, widely known as 50 Cent, recently disclosed that he turned down a $3 million offer to perform at a New York rally for Republican candidate Donald Trump. The rapper shared this revelation during an interview on The Breakfast Club.

According to 50 Cent, he received an invitation to perform his hit song “Many Men, Wish Death” at Trump’s rally in Madison Square Garden. Additionally, he was approached to appear at this year’s Republican National Convention for a similar fee. Despite the lucrative offers, the rapper chose to decline, citing his concerns over the divisive nature of politics.

“I didn’t even get into it. I didn’t want to go further with them on that,” he explained, noting his apprehension about political involvement. “Politics are risky. No matter your stance, someone’s always passionately against it,” he said.

This revelation adds to the list of entertainers who have opted to keep their distance from political affiliations, underscoring the challenges public figures face when approached by parties or candidates.
