Warren G, Suge Knight and 2Pac

Warren G Responds to Suge Knight’s Comments on Relationship with 2Pac

Warren G has taken a stance in response to Suge Knight’s recent remarks about his connection to 2Pac, reaffirming his previous statements and dismissing the disparaging claims.

Knight, on his show “Collect Call With Suge Knight,” countered Warren G’s assertion about trying to bail 2Pac out of jail in 1995, asserting that Warren G didn’t have any association with 2Pac and vice versa. He also doubted Warren G’s capability, suggesting he couldn’t handle his own affairs, let alone secure 2Pac’s release.

In response to the critical statements made by Knight, Warren G addressed the situation through the comments section of a HipHopDX Instagram post. He reiterated that 2Pac had beaten him to the punch and clarified his past statements. The hip-hop pioneer maintained his previous account while downplaying the comments made by Knight, asserting his role in nurturing talents like Snoop, Dazz, Kurupt, RBX, and Nate Dogg.

Moreover, Warren G pointed out that he produced several tracks with 2Pac, countering Knight’s claim about their relationship. He emphasized his long-standing knowledge of 2Pac, expressing his reluctance to engage in negativity and his preference for positivity and progress.

With these remarks, Warren G highlighted his intention to move forward positively, emphasizing the need to leave behind unnecessary confrontations and focus on growth. In his comments and Instagram Story, he redirected the conversation toward a more constructive path, refusing to dwell on unnecessary disputes.

Knight also made comments about Master P during the inaugural episode of his podcast, accusing him of fabricating an encounter during negotiations to sign Snoop Dogg to No Limit Records while Knight was in prison.
